Contract Information:

Titan will provide consulting and advisory services related to the compensation and executive benefits of University employees. Accordingly, Titan will serve in an advisory capacity to assist the University in the attainment of University strategic objectives.  The scope of such advice, consultation, and services may include, but is not limited to:

  1. Periodically review and evaluate the University’s existing compensation and executive benefits programs.
  2. Track trends in compensation and executive benefits offered by comparable institutions of higher education as well as other private and public sector organizations.
  3. Recommend changes to:
    1. Make existing compensation and executive benefits programs more cost effective;
    2. Make necessary enhancements to compensation and executive benefits programs;
    3. Establish new compensation and executive benefits programs where the University is not competitive with peer institutions or where gaps exist in current programs; and
    4. Comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
