  o For reservations requiring more than 10 rooms or conferences:
  Contact Alison Carlton at 804-205-6874 (alison.carlton@marriott.com) and tell her the city in which you are wanting to stay and any other hotel or conference requirements, and Alison will;
  1. Compile a list of possible Marriott options
  2. Check availability
  3. Negotiate the best possible rates
  4. Work with hotel on getting a contract that meets University requirements

  o For reservations with less than 10 rooms: " Call Marriott at 1-800-228-9290 and a Marriott sales representative will help you find your options. Note for reservations involved with bookings under 10 rooms, the additional services of rate negotiation and contract assistance is not provided.

  This contract only covers single purchases that do not exceed $50,000.
