How to Do Business With UVA
Procurement Services, in conjunction with Supplier Diversity,
sponsors vendor training
sessions to help vendors understand the purchasing and accounts payable processes at the University.
Time is allowed at the end of each session for questions. Primarily developed
for vendors new to the University, these sessions also provide opportunities
for long-time vendors to learn about recent changes and to receive updated
information. If you work with a vendor who you think would benefit from these
training sessions, please tell them about this opportunity.
These sessions are led by Eric Denby, Director of Procurement Services, and Bill Cooper, Director of Supplier Diversity.
Vendor training sessions will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m in Carruthers Hall, Conference Room E on the following dates:
- September 3, 2008
- December 3, 2008
Parking for Carruthers Hall is available in the visitor parking lot. Visitors may obtain a free map of University Grounds at
UVa's Information Center on U.S. 250 West.
